Cybeau is a satirical short film about the pursuit for the ideal mechanical beauty in the near future. Androids compete in “The world’s most marvelous android” a transhumanist beauty pageant, where the boundaries of the organic body are transgressed into insentient realms. 

The clash between Organic/Mechanic becomes apparent when a storm pours over the show and the sleek silver skin of the competitors gets washed off, revealing a lost human underneath. The spectacle is shown through brief stroboscopic views of the contestants, highlighting distinct facial features.
